This is exactly what I needed! My previous hold back (that was factory mounted) drug the running board and didn't always allow me to open my tack room door. I love that this one stays up against the trailer & has lifetime warranty! No more issues opening my door :)
At the moment, I can't complain about the products. My only complaint for now, I wish etrailers was as expedient about sending my product out, as they are asking my rating and opinion. It took too long to get out the door, literally.

I took a gamble that it would fit my application, it doesn't. The issue is the 45 degree angle, I don't have it so I will do some metal working and make it fit.

The problem I was having was that when the front door was all the way open and latched, it blocked access for the storage door to open. I always had to unlatch the front door, put a temporary wire on it to hold it open. I was then able to access the under storage. I thought the 45 degree latch would be a perfect solution, and it was with some modification to the catch. Even though the latch is 45 degrees, the catch is still made for a straight on latch. I didn't even take that into consideration until I dry fit it and matched the angle to the dangle. My dremel rotary tool allowed me to make the needed modification. Now it works great.
